ONE BEDROOM VILLAS
Situated towards the front of the grounds, with the accommodation on one level, our four one bedroom villas provide you with:

LIVING & KITCHEN AREA
The kitchenette features a microwave, a three ring induction hob, and a small under counter fridge with small freezer compartment.
Perfect for two with quality small appliances consisting of kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
PRIVATE PATIO AREA
Traditional louvred wooden doors open fully from the lounge area onto a small covered porch, with seating for two and an ocean view. A fabulous place to spend the evening observing the breathtaking sunsets, then experiencing the moon and stars light up the night sky!
Bedroom
The separate air conditioned bedroom has a contemporary feel.
A fabulously white 5ft UK Kingsize , comfy, four poster bed. With a quality mattress & linens to enhance pure relaxation!
A built in wardrobe with ample room for two.
In addition to the air conditioning a ceiling fan is centrally mounted on the high pitched limed wooden ceiling, creating a feeling of space.
EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM
The en-suite shower room leads off the bedroom, with a walk-in shower. There is a wall mounted mirror and small sink unit with ample storage beneath, and W.C.
Soft quality towels and cool cotton bathrobes are provided for your added comfort.
Stylish accessories add to the ambient relaxing atmosphere. Our focus when designing ‘West Rock’ was on comfort and style.
Wi-Fi
Each villa offers Wi Fi, so if you need to keep in touch with the outside world you can.
POOL AREA & POOL HOUSE
Situated centrally of the one bed and two bed villas is our shared pool with surrounding sundeck, again a beautiful space to relax and unwind with fantastic views. Pool towels are provided for your added comfort.
The pool house incorporates an outdoor shower facility and poolside W.C.
Take a dip in our 27 ft x 15 ft premium system salt water pool with a comfortable graduating depth of 4 ft - 5 ft. It is gentle on eyes and skin and the water quality is superior in feel, taste and smell.
Our pool illuminates in the evening and is also a great place to relax and be amazed by the night sky!
PARKING
If you choose to hire a car to explore the island during your stay, each villa has its own parking space.
Availability
Alternatively you could rent all four for a family of eight or indeed four couples, each having their own space and privacy.

Our two bed villas are on two levels providing ample personal space and total comfort for families and couples.
They are located on a higher elevation at the rear of the grounds benefitting from cooling breezes and expansive views.
Gorgeous interiors with stylish and unique accessories offering a fresh coastal feel with calming neutrals and natural accents of linen, wicker, driftwood, coral and stone. Natural light flows through the windows dressed with linen drapes, and traditional louvred doors open fully from the lounge and master bedroom offering spacious covered terraces with the most spectacular ocean and sunset views!
Open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. Two fully air-conditioned bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms, feature traditional vaulted white washed ceilings with ceiling fans.
Fabulously romantic white four poster bed in the front Master bedroom, dressed with quality cotton linens and en-suite shower room with ample storage. Traditional louvred doors open fully to a spacious covered terrace with seating for two and the most amazing panoramic view of the ocean beyond.
Extra flexibility of two single or one Super Kingsize bed in the second rear bedroom also with en-suite shower room.

They have a larger fully equipped new and modern kitchen with quality appliances and all the necessary kitchenware, with plastic tableware for children. There is also the added convenience of a dishwasher, large stand alone fridge/freezer and a washing machine for those messy days at the beach!l
Availability
The first two of our newly constructed two bed villas are now available for booking.
Provide ample personal space and a unique guest experience, complete with total comfort for families or two couples.
Families who wish to bring along extended family could rent a one bedroom villa in addition, allowing personal space with their own fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, double bed and large walk-in shower all on one level.

A travel cot, subject to availability for a small additional charge.
DURING YOUR STAY
A Housekeeping service will be carried out during your stay. This includes a towel/bed linen change in addition to a general cleaning of the villa. If you require any extra this can be arranged at an additional cost.
All linen, towels and pool towels are provided. We suggest you bring your own beach towel, for use outside the properties.
