1 Bedroom Villas
Four x 1 bed villas situated towards the front of the grounds, with the accommodation on one level
Our one bed villas are ideal for couples seeking a romantic getaway, or perhaps a perfect honeymoon location.
Alternatively you could rent all four for a family of eight or indeed four couples, each having their own space and privacy.
2 Bedroom Villas
Two x 2 bed villas situated towards the top of the grounds, with the accommodation on two levels
Our two bed villas are larger in size, and on two levels. They have a larger kitchen offering all the same amenities as the one bed villas but with a four ring induction hob, dishwasher, large stand alone fridge/freezer and a washing machine for those messy days at the beach!l
Larger lounge and dining area, downstairs toilet and larger patio with outdoor dining area and panoramic views of the ocean beyond.
Upstairs the master bedroom to the front has a large patio area, Kingsize four poster bed and en-suite shower room. The bedroom at the rear has an en-suite shower room and the option of a double or two single beds. Perfect for families or couples!
LIVING & KITCHEN AREA
The kitchen features a combination oven and microwave, a three ring induction hob with extractor hood, and an under counter fridge with small freezer compartment.
Perfect for two with quality small appliances consisting of kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
PRIVATE PATIO AREA
Traditional louvred wooden doors open fully from the lounge area onto your own private patio, with an ocean view. A fabulous place to spend the evening observing the breathtaking sunsets, then experiencing the moon and stars light up the night sky!
Bedroom
The air conditioned bedroom has a contemporary feel, with floor to ceiling windows and cool crisp white linen drapes.
A fabulously white UK Kingsize , super comfy, four poster bed with a high quality mattress, crisp cotton sheets and quality pillows, enhance pure relaxation!
A built in wardrobe with ample room for two, supplied with clean white wooden coat hangers. A beautiful quality stand alone full length oval nickel mirror. Gorgeous nickel effect pebble look bedside lights placed on high quality matching bedside tables, promoting luxury and relaxation. A must have stylish dressing table containing a necessary hairdryer, together with a quality wall fixed adjustable nickel framed mirror and table lamp.
In addition to the air conditioning a ceiling fan is centrally mounted on the high pitched limed wooden ceiling, creating a feeling of open space.
EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM
The fully tiled en-suite shower room leads off the bedroom, with a large shower and glass sliding door. There is a wall mounted mirror and sink unit with ample storage beneath and W.C.
Soft quality towels and cool 100% cotton bathrobes are provided for your added comfort.
Generous and stylish lighting accessories together with hurricane and nickel lanterns add to the ambient relaxing atmosphere. Our focus when designing ‘West Rock’ was on comfort, quality and style.

Each villa offer Wi Fi, so if you need to keep in touch with the outside world you can.
POOL AREA & POOL HOUSE
Situated centrally of the one bed and two bed villas is our shared pool area with pool deck and pool house, again a beautiful space to relax and unwind with fantastic views.
There is a comfortable and inviting shaded seating area with contemporary adjustable sun beds featuring padded cushions and parasols for shade. Pool towels are provided for your added comfort.
The pool house incorporates an outdoor shower facility and poolside W.C.
Take a dip in our 28 ft x 15 ft salt water pool with a comfortable graduating depth of 4 ft - 5 ft. It is gentle on eyes and skin and the water quality is superior in feel, taste and smell.
PARKING
If you choose to hire a car to explore the island during your stay, each villa has its own parking space.

DURING YOUR STAY
The properties are managed by a House Manager, who will be on hand to provide advice or assistance if required, as well as meet guests on arrival.
A Housekeeper service is included with your booking, with cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels. If you require any extra this can be arranged at an additional cost.
All linen, towels and pool towels are provided. We suggest you bring your own beach towel, for use outside the properties.
